Before going live, verify that the following steps are complete:

  1. API access – Create credentials, test all endpoints in the sandbox, and configure automatic token renewal.

  2. Customer onboarding – Implement required Journeys for KYC/KYB, account opening signing as well as fund unit transfers and allocation plans.

  3. Order & cash handling – Integrate the full order flow (create, monitor, cancel) and map settlement events to your customer experience.

  4. Webhooks & subscriptions – Set up callbacks or WebSocket connections to receive live updates.

  5. Reconciliation & reporting – Retrieve up-to-date balances, transactions and statements directly from Fondo's API for display in your own interface or for downstream reporting, without maintaining a separate ledger.
